Email Connection Issue
Three days ago my email stropped working. I couldn't send or receive emails. When I check settings on my computer(Mac), it says that mail is offline. When I go to the Xfinity, it doesn't even list the email address I've used for 15 years. I tried the chat assistant and was connected to a live agent who directed to change my password for the Xfinity login. She said she would direct my issue to someone else who would contact me, but I haven't been contacted. Please help. I have some important emails to send and some to respond to immediately.
