Just started getting this message today, November 11,2025. However I do not see any suggestions to fix the isssue. Using a laptop.

skipster518 I appreciate the heads up! Are you able to login to the Xfinity Connect website to access your email? I wanted to make sure that we are covering all of our bases on the status.

We are suddenly having IMAP issues in Outlook on PC and Android with all our comcast.net accounts. Website access to email is working fine.
