Email connection issue

Just started getting this message today, November 11,2025.  However I do not see any suggestions to fix the isssue.  Using a laptop.       

Error Message

The connection to remote server imap-central.ge.xfinity.com was refused or timed out while attempting to connect. Please try again later.

skipster518 I appreciate the heads up! Are you able to login to the Xfinity Connect website to access your email? I wanted to make sure that we are covering all of our bases on the status.

We are suddenly having IMAP issues in Outlook on PC and Android with all our comcast.net accounts. Website access to email is working fine.

We had issues for a few days on all our accounts and devices (browser email did work) and then yesterday morning it starting working again with no changes made. Thanks.
