Email Conversion

Mom is turning 96. She gets a Yahoo notice every time she checks her email.

Do we know when the actual conversion is happening?

Also, I have 3 other accounts that haven't even gotten the notice when logging in to email

What's going on......appreciate your help

Good morning goosebumps. There is no mandatory transition happening, the Yahoo platform is just an option for our customers. We had gotten a good amount of feedback to incorporate an option for email capability using a platform like Yahoo.

Ok is a way to get out of the screen when she logs in .....she has eye issues, and I am using a gaming monitor and larger print so

that picture is huge, and the print is tiny for her to log in.

goosebumps Apologies for hear about the issues on the resolution. Have you tried to set her up a user on the computer so that the screen could be optimized to her best accessibility settings?
