email disappeared

All of my email (several hundred) disappeared today across all my devices.  I see older posts of this happening but I don't see how resolved. On hold with support with a very long wait. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, @user_80bmod. Thanks for posting on our community forums. How are you accessing our emails? Are you using our Xfinity Website or a third-party email client (Outlook, Apple Mail)? Have you tried our Recover Deleted Emails steps?

Using Outlook.  Yes an employee used tools to recover about 300 emails but not the 1000 I lost. The emails that are recovered are only accessible on xfinity.com, they cannot be restored to Outlook which is what I work out of. In addtion, I lost ability to even GET any email on MS laptop; Ipad and Iphone. Spent much time within technical service department only to have them explain that i need to go to Apple for help ... and when I said first, I need on my laptop which is Microsoft, not Apple, the gentleman offered to email me articles to read. I am researching ways to switch my email all over to another service, like gmail. This is not working.

Thanks for the additional information, @user_80bmod. Our troubleshooting options for third-party email clients can be a bit limited. We do not have full access to the third-party email client to be able to restore the emails on their end. That's why you are only able to see the ones we had access to restored through our Xfinity website. But we can try to guide you through the troubleshooting process. Have you tried the steps to Recover deleted email messages in Outlook? I found a good article on how to do this HERE.

All my emails prior to Friday January 12th have completely disappeared. I have looked at every setting available and cannot see anything that would limit the display of emails. They are just gone and I don't know how to get them back. There were hundreds of emails lost and the more recent within the year are extremely important for vacation bookings and other things.  Tried chat help and that was absolutely no help at all and I've also seen older posts about this as well but no real resolution. Can anyone assist on getting them back???
