email disappeared
I am (was) a secondary user on an Xfinity email account. A couple of weeks ago I tried to get into my my email online. Xfinity insisted I change my password, which involved having to call an 800 number and dealing with ignorant people/machines. In the process, I screwed something up. My Xfinity user name was my Xfinity email address. Now the user name is something else related to a separate Gmail email address which I also have I and which I had listed on Xfinity as "Personal email". The email under this new user name is empty like it's brand new. I tried a bunch of things trying get my original email back. Now that original account and the newer one are both gone! IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET MY EMAILS BACK?!?!?!? Is there anyway to get support from a live person?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
