Email Filter Rules are being removed

I had created filter rules for moving specific senders to one of my folders.  The filters were active for quite some time, but in the past few weeks the filters have been removed.  I created a new filter to process the emails again and it worked for a few days and then the filter was removed again.  I tried one more time to create the filter from the inbox move command and it was working for about a week and then disappeared once more.  I called Xfinity support, but they were of no help at all after about an hour of discussion with them.  So, I am looking for some assistance here as to why my filters are constantly removed.

@MarkDK Thank you for posting on our community forum so we can help with your Email filters. When you notice that your filters are missing, are you checking your Email from our website or from a third party Email client?

The filters are from your website.  Right now the issue may be resolved as someone recommended resetting my password, and so far the new filters have not been removed.

@MarkDK I'm happy to hear that the filters are working again. I'm going to check back with you here in a few days to make sure that they haven't disappeared again. We appreciate the update!

@MarkDK I just wanted to touch base with you as promised. Are the filters still in place with no further issues?
