Email folder Issues

Why are some of my email folders grayed out?  I need to move and reorganize my emails, but I do not have access to do so, either on the Xfinity email web app or on my email programs.

@user_5f5uoe thank you for confirming it is happening on both. When you have time, can you manually search for the folder to see if it is still showing not accessible? 

 

- Have you checked to see if the emails in the folders were moved anywhere else, like trash or junk?

I was able to maneuver all the emails to new folders and delete all the grayed-out folders.  I am not sure why the folders were behaving that way but I got it resolved.
