If you're in webmail [ https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite ] check to see if the little arrow by the inbox is pointing toward the inbox.  If so, click it and the folders should appear.

user_a6f0l7 was this all setup through the Xfinity Connect interface or through an email client like Outlook?

On my desktop (Windows/Firefox) I only have a "little arrow by the inbox" if I've created a folder within the Inbox. "Inbox" itself is always visible as soon as Appsuite is opened unless I've clicked the "Hide Folders / Show Folders" link in the lower left corner of the window. The same is true for Drafts, Sent, Spam, and Trash.

On my Android (with Chrome) phone Appsuite works a bit differently and only displays one folder at a time. It opens to Inbox. To view the contents of a different folder, I have to click a "<Folders" link and then select the folder I want to view. There are no "little arrows" on that screen unless if I've created a folder within one of the system folders, or in the "My folders" section.
