email gateway upgrade notification

Hello Support, for the second time in about a month, I have received an email that looks legit from Xfinity, referring to a gateway upgrade.
However, when I click on the link in the email, it leads me to a page that is titled "Your order is in Progress!" - and references a set of dates from last year.
Just wondering if this is the "real deal" or not...

@user_qt1gb6​ It is, although I recommend DM'ing XfinityChelseaB; she was very helpful to me in getting the replacement router order set up and sent to me.

I am getting these emails too, and it takes me to the order status from 2021.

I can't DM someone here because I haven't made my first post? This isn't my first but I still can't see how to DM someone.
