Email going to Spam folder that isn't Spam

My husband's work email is going to my Spam folder and for the life of me I cannot reverse this action. I have marked it as "Not Spam" and created two separate rules (four total) on the Comcast side and on the Outlook side but nothing works.

Moved to the Email forum as this has nothing to do with the Guidelines.

Thank you - it was only giving me "Guidelines" and "Getting Started" as options.

Yes - it happens every day, and every day I mark the emails as safe sender and/or not junk.

Thank you for the information @user_2lm590. You mentioned Outlook in your post, are the emails also listed in the spam folder on the Xfinity email portal when you check your email there?

Yes - the are in Spam/Junk on the Xfinity email portal.
