Same here! One minute all my thousands of emails were there, and then they disappeared, from my outlook and on the server. Later that day, new emails did populate, but the deleted ones have not returned and it has been 5 days now.Obviously, we are not the only ones this has happened to. But, Xfinity reps act like they have no clue what happened. I spent a total of almost 4 hours on the phone with three different reps and still no emails. They put me on hold while telling me they are working on restoring them, but nothing happens. One told me I will receive a restore file, but that hasn't happened either. As you can imagine, I am pretty upset.

@judeer That is not good to hear at all. Were they just your inbox only emails? Are you still receiving new emails as of today?
