As of this morning 1/12//4 all of my current email back almost a year along with all trashed messages and all my folders have disappeared. What is going on and how do I get them restored!?

@user_7l3ei2 Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. I would be concerned too, if I was missing all those emails. Are you checking your email at Xfinity.com or using an email client like outlook or Yahoo?
