Email Hacked

Somehow my email was hacked on April 22, 2025. They were able to access my contact folder of several hundred people’s emails. I had a friend in cyber security look into this but I need Xfinity to look into the breach. There may be others who were hacked or even worse, Xfinity as a company has a breach. Can Xfinity on there system reach out to all of my contacts with a simple email of “Do not respond - Email Hacked”

Hello user_rrkp13, that sounds like a nightmare to deal with, and I can only imagine what you've been going through. Luckily, we have a dedicated team for security concerns. Have you already contacted our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) team? If not, you can get started by using their direct 'Website'.

We were also hacked today- 4/24/2025. Email list was used to send out to contacts " Do you shop at Ama-zon?"  We are trying to reach the customer assistance team and so far, no valid number or website.

I was hacked, too.  TV service interrupted the evening of April 24 and all I could learn through Customer “Service” was they planned to have our subscription problem resolved by 9:35 pm on April 25.

 I also had my email hacked about June 5, 2025. 

Very disappointed with xfinity customer service trying to find a live person to talk to about this problem. Now I will accept a dead person for the worth at AI helped. I am leaving xfinity and going to another internet company after being with xfinity for 20 years. XFINITY DOES NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I RECOMMEND YOU DROP KICK IT TO THE CURB.
