Email has disappeared

All my emails in all my folders have disappeared. I can access my address book, but all emails are gone. 
I have cleared browser history, etc and as of yesterday, I still had available storage.

Thanks for reaching out about your emails missing, user_ntrvoj! We are happy to help so they come back! Have you tried to recover them? This would bring back any emails on our servers.

Recover deleted email

  1. Sign in to Xfinity Email using your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Right-click on the Trash folder or click on the More Actions icon (three lines) next to the trash folder.
  3. Select Recover Deleted Items.
    Recover deleted items from your account.

  4. Select the messages you want to restore and then click Move Selected Items.
    Select and move messages to be recovered.

  5. Select the appropriate destination folder and click OK or Move
