email help

I CAN receive outlook emails both on my laptop and my iPhone. But I CAN'T send from either. I've tried changing my password multiple times but still can't send emails. I get the message below that the email is undeliverable when sending from my laptop.

Hello @user_7qdo34 did you make sure the file was not too big to send?

Did you miss the "authentication rejected" part of the error message?

It was an empty test message so should have been really small size. But everything is working now without me making any changes. Odd, a bunch of messages from about 6 weeks ago, that I had deleted or saved, reappeared in my inbox. Maybe it was some type of server issue? So all is good, at least for now.

Nice! I'm glad to hear everything is back in working order for you 👍 It very well could've been caused by a small server error, especially considering older messages reappeared in your inbox, but if this ever happens again in the future, I'd recommend cross-referencing your ability to send or receive messages from our direct Xfinity Connect email portal as well.
