Email help

I have been receiving emails for the first 4 days of a cruise from Montréal through Canada. We are from IL., USA. I no longer have received emails since then. I have checked all of my settings but don’t see anything that is changed. I believe there might have been an update. Can you please advise me as to what my settings should be so I can check mine and why this may be happening.
