Email issue
I am unable to access my Outlook account that has my comcast email - I am able to receive on my phone but not my PC or laptop
The error message states - cannot synchronize subscribed folders for [Edited: Personal information]
I have tried to reenter password but it does not change result
Should we reset password? If so please advise process

@user_1ri00e Let's begin with a password reset. Let me know if that helps, are you able to access your email on Xfinity.com?
