Email Issue

I can not get my emails with Outlook or through the Xfinity website. I changed my password to see if that would fix it and it did not. The website email access times out in 3 different browsers on two different networks.

Is there update going on with the email serves or system?

It is working now, but when should I move my emails to another platform service like G-Mail, which I hate?
