I understand the importance of being able to access your email communications, and want to help ensure your able to get access back to send and receive emails. The 3rd party email clients are set up on your end, so you can ensure those are set up correctly here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-client-programs-with-xfinity-email
We do have a great site you can also visit when having issues with sending and receiving email, select the "Postmaster" option for email support: https://spa.xfinity.com/help
My email was working just fine for many years. I had no issues until Tuesday morning. I'm sure my Outlook email client is working properly because my wife's Comcast email account is working properly. As I stated earlier, this happened to my wife's Comcast email account about a year or so ago and her case was bumped up to a higher-level technician twice before it was resolved. I do not wish to spend all this time to resolve something that I'm certain has occurred on Comcast's end. Please have a technician contact me. Thank you.
@user_dybkqh The Postmaster link my teammate shared is where you can get assistance with the email. If you prefer, you can also call our teammates in Customer Service at 1-800-266-2278. Ask to be directed to Customer Security Assurance (CSA) for assistance with your email.
