Imm having issues with my email. sending and receiving but most of all I am missing an entire folder.

@EG​ can you help with this issue. Ive spoken to a bunch of different people today. I received a recovery folder but it was not for the dates I was missing and my missing folder has not been recovered

I received my 2nd restored folder and this time it only has emails from today - still no missing emails from 12/20 to 1/10
