Email Issues
Hello,
For a few weeks now, I haven't been able to access my secondary email. There's a warning triangle next to where the email name should be listed. There's also an error message "cannot connect to the server" something about imap. I can't connect Xfinity email on any of my devices and I've clear my cache on my iPhone and MacBook. I also made sure the 3rd party access box was checked. Lastly, my contact information is no longer attached to that email address, therefore I can't reset my password. I've tried several times. Please guide me on what's needed to recover this Comcast email address.
