Email Issues

Hi there! 

I have stopped receiving emails from my sons school as of 09/27.

Not in my junk email. The school has the correct email address. And I know of (4) emails sent today from the school and I did not receive a single one.

I need to be able to receive these emails. PLEASE HELP!

Thank you so much for getting us in the loop to help! Is this your Xfinity email or a different provider? I was also curious if the email is set up on your phone or being checked in a web browser on a traditional computer? Excited to help get this sorted out!

Reviewing on my phone and i've also logged into my email on my computer. 

Nothing in my junk email. and as stated I was receiving these emails from the school up until 09/27. Now nothing.

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
