Great question, @user_fau2mc! We actually provide a way for customers to confirm the status of any incentives via our tracker, HERE. Click that link, and search either by your 16-digit account number, or using your name, number, and zip code. And let us know if you have any trouble confirming whether an incentive has been confirmed or not.
