Email Loading - Account Works but Error Message on SMTP

Any chance to open a ticket to 'recover' a Comcast.net Email. I suspect the account was not logged into webmail within 90 days? The account still exists to login to Xfinity web.  But when you send smtp outlook email you get an error message Not Our Customer. I know the Xfinity account works as I can login and get message loading email.

@user_d1c131 Is that the message you get with any recipient, or this account in particular?   You might try to call CSA, they may be able to help.

@XfinityAlex​ It's two accounts out of my 5 or 6.  It's probably due to the 90 day login via web email issue rule. I will try CSA I think someone posted a 888 number.  but more likely you snooze you lose. the xfinity accounts are active and work. email box is gone.  Thus email going round and round.
