They might be referring to the number of clicks that it takes to get to the actual email when trying to log in, and sometimes there is an interim screen that has no links at all for email and the only way to get there is to go all the way around by clicking on the xfinity logo in the top left of the screen and starting over. It really is quite an annoying task when there is no email link on the home screen. There should be one click to get to email, but for xfinity it takes 4 or 5 clicks. Even after logging in, it still takes two more clicks.
