The email portal link is still available on xfinity.com from the Account menu that is located on the top right of your webpage after signing in. Have you tried accessing your email from both desktop and mobile browsers?

This has been reported to them for months. Since they seem unlikely to fix it any time soon, why aggravate yourself? Just add a bookmark or favorite to https://connect.xfinity.com/ and use it to reach your email.
That should take you directly to your email page if you are logged in. If you a not logged in, you'll be prompted to do so and then the email page will open.

You can also access your Xfinity inbox directly by visiting connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/ 👍

I think for some reason the email "tab" or link in the menu had been missing, but it's back now.
