Email Login

New email link is bad.   It sends me in a continuous loop like the many other users who have also complained.   Yes, I deleted cache, cookies, etc.  Is this being addressed?  I'm not sure how this was rolled out.

I thought I was the only one having this issue. I have been trying to receive my return label for my xfinity phone so I can return it, but I CAN'T EVEN LOGIN TO MY EMAIL TO GET IT! RIDICULOUS!!! Been having trouble with this for so long. Fix this... please. Paying all this money for horrible customer support.

You should be able to get the return label online through your Xfinity Mobile online portal. Our 'How do I return or exchange my mobile device and accessories?' support page provides steps needed to request a label. 

 

Are you having issues logging into your Xfinity account or personal email? Have you attempted to try and open an InPrivate or Incognito tab on your web browser to see if that helps load the label? Please let us know at your next available convenience.
