2. Enter your Xfinity ID, verified mobile number, or verified personal email address, then click "Continue." 3. Choose how you would like to receive your password reset code (text or email). 4. Enter the six-digit code you receive and click "Continue." 5. Create and confirm your new password (Must be between 8 and 128 characters long - Must include at least 1 number and 1 special character - Cannot contain your name or username), then click "Continue." 6. You should receive a confirmation that your password has been reset.
