I have three email accounts that I can’t login to for like a year now
Have you been using a third party email app to fetch your email? Can you explain a little more detail what you mean when you say you can't log in "for like a year now"? I can pretty much guarantee that if you haven't been able to get into your email accounts, they are probably gone.
