Email Loop on a new account

I've seen others post similar issues. I have already cleared cookies / attempted on other browsers (Edge / Chrome). I created the account around 11 PM - 12 AM EST.

Am able to log in with [Edited: "Personal Information"] or with phone number. When i click on check email I get the infinite loop of Welcome to Xfinity Connect, we are now loading your email.

Any help would be appreciated.

@user_kfi6yj Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums. I am sorry you are having an issue with your new email address. Are you trying to log into your account using an email client like outlook or are you going to Xfinity.com to access this email account?

@user_kfi6yj Got it. I understand the account was made a few days ago, but are the services active or are they still pending? 

I no longer work for Comcast.

By services active does that mean the installation? We have not had them installed yet only scheduled.

@user_kfi6yj Gotcha! I would suggest waiting until the services are fully installed to see if the email access uploads. When is your install? I can follow up then to be sure it starts working for you.

@XfinityJodie​ Ok, we had people come out today for install, unfortunately they said they'd need to come back and can't finish installation for a few weeks. So there's no possibility of getting access to email before then?
