Email Messages and folders are gone

My e-mail messages and folders have disappeared.  I have been had my email address for over 25 years and this morning when trying to access I got an error message - 0x800CCC0E - that Outlook could not connect to the server.  I've checked the settings and they seem to be correct.  I tried calling customer service, but no one was able or willing to try to solve the problem.

@user_erxclp Emails are very important, especially having them in the right folders. Can you try to log in hereXfinity.com/Emailand let us know if you see the missing emails and folder from our website view?

Email and folders are not visible on Xfinity.com/email either.

Thank you for checking on that, @user_erxclp. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.

@user_erxclp @XfinityKam

Let's get you to email.

https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite  <----- This is the link to webmail.  If you can sign in there and see your email and folders the problem is with Outlook [duh, obviously!].  When was the last time you were able to fetch your email and see your folders?

Next question--- have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail?
