Email missing from sub-folder

Help! I moved several e-mails this morning from my in-box to sub-folders and the e-mails are now missing from the folders they were moved to. The e-mails are also not in the Trash, they are missing. I've logged out and back in, nothing found. I've also cleared the cache on my desktop computer and my i-phone; deleted and re-added to my phone. I cannot find the e-mails anywhere and need them restored.

Oh no, user_vf93a2! I know how important email is so I appricate you reaching out to us here for help to recover the missing emails. Have you tired accessing your emails from another device to see if they show up then?

I've tried my desktop, iphone, and a laptop. I'm not able to locate the e-mails with any of the devices.

Thanks for trying that, user_vf93a2. Are you using our Xfinity Connect Website to access the emails or a third party client (Outlook, Apple Mail)?
