email not connecting

email does not load. Defaults to Discovery Hub. Clicking email links at Discovery Hub try to open email, but return to Discovery Hub. Seems to be a system problem as many local friends are experiencing the same trouble.

Having the same issue. Late last night, had no issue getting into my email. Went to check early this morning and I keep getting redirected to the Discovery Hub. I just spent an hour in chat with a representative who was trying to fix it but now that I see your post, I guess I am not the only one? I hope they get this fixed because I need to retrieve some important work documents that were sent.

@user_vn9842​ I was just searching around and it looks like this has been ongoing as I found posts from a year ago with the same problem. I've tried on different computers too and even changed my password. No luck.

Getting Comast email has been iffy for weeks, but now (Dec. 17, 2024) it says it's LOADING, but then it just quits with various error messages.   Why does Comcast email force you through 4 or 5 steps (and THEN not even work!) when Gmail and YahooMail are one-step-and-done?!?!

I was told by an agent that apparently there's an issue with the server and it's causing this. My friend just tried her log in and had no problem but my daughter tried and did run into the same issue

@user_879340 Our apologies for the inconvenience as our engineers have become aware that there is an issue when customers who log in to xfinity.com to check email. At this time we are working on a resolution but will continue to monitor the progress and update these threads once a resolution is found
