Email not loading - Just spinning!!

Hi,

I've called into xfinity twice now with no resolve. Every time they transfer me and verify my account, they still keep wasting time to ask me the same non-stop questions to verify my account with no assistance to my problem. My email keeps not loading on all platforms (Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, my phone) and won't let me access it. I've changed my password twice. Still no results. Yesterday a Rep said they were doing an update on my email and that should fix the problem and they would call me back to check in 30 minutes but it's been another day and no call back. We have cleared all the the history/cookies/cache/tried different web browsers. I never log into the email, so I had a lot of emails in my inbox. I even deleted all of those I could access incase it was a storage issue. I still cannot log in!!

@user_dlpzbq That would be quite a frustrating experience not being able to access your email account after working with tech support multiple times. Is the spinning happening on multiple devices or just a specific one? How are you attempting to access your Comcast email?

Hi, yes the spinning is happening on Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and on my mobile device. I've tried accessing through my phone, those browsers and normally I can access it through my Outlook but it's not working there either. I even deleted and tried to readd it to my Outlook.

user_dlpzbq, Thanks for your patience while waiting for a response. I know how important it is to access those emails as I rely on my emails for my business. I am sorry to hear about the trouble with logging in. I just checked on my browser and I was able to access my XFINITY email on my end. Are you able to try another device to see if you experience the same issue?

No, I've tried on my computer. Tried all different browsers. I've already cleared history/cookies/cashe as instructed before. I've tried it on my phone. I've tried adding it to my outlook and not using an internet browser and nothing is working.
