email not loading

Set up a trial Internet with fidium and my Comcast email no longer downloads on my devices using wi if. How do I set it up?

soulnurse Your email should work just fine. Are you getting any errors when trying to access it?

No errors, it just will not load. I deleted and re added it. Still did not work. 

Also, we have Xfinity stream TV and suddenly cannot get WMUR local TV even though we are paying for it. We received it just fine until we switched to Fidium.

same issue here.  Either Fidium is blocking connections to xfinity mail servers or xfinity is blocking fidium IP's.

Once I got into a different internet provider (work), I was able to add it back in no problem.  
One is definitely blocking the other, either Fidium or Xfinity.

I’ve been a week without email. Supposedly fidium is working on it. But 3 phone calls later to fidium still no access. I have to use cellular data.

@cpatch​  same here. But my Gmail and aol email work. Its just xfinity that is not loading.
