Email not working since 10:00pm yesterday!

I am getting an error message, saying that an error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request!

@user_ck796d Have you attempted to access the Connect web page on a different browser or cleared your browser's cache and cookies? Are you noticing the error on a 3rd party email app or the connect web page?

The email service actually came back several hours later and it’s been fine for the past couple of days so just might’ve been the server was down
