email not working

I can get access to my xfinity account but not to my xfinity email.  Keep getting error messages when I press email link.  I need access to my xfinity account to regain access to my Facebook account.  Please advise.  Current email address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]

I know how important it is to have access to your email as I rely on my email for just about everything. We would be happy to help you with troubleshooting. What error are you getting when you attempt to access your email?

"This site can't be reached" then a long xfinity web address then "might be temporarily down or may have moved permanently to a new web address.  I've tried logging out and in a few times.  Getting the same error message every time I try to access email.
