Email on iPhone

I can’t get email on my iPhone. Works in all my other devices. Keeps asking me to enter imap password and it gives me an error message each time.
I’m using iPhone Mail app.

user_p5ugrw Good morning! I wanted to reach out and help get this sorted out. The email uses your Xfinity user ID password for the IMAP access.

I have tried entering the password and it says is not correct. But that is the correct password. It is strange, once in a while the mail will come in on the iPhone.  This morning, I couldn't get any mail. Last time received any on iPhone was Saturday. Tried entering password again in settings and I got the following message - "Cannnot Get Mail - The mail server "imap.comcast.net is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct  account info in Mail settings. Server code "ALERT", server message "Temporarily blacklisted IP Address - try again later".

Any suggestions?

user_p5ugrw Appreciate the update. If you are getting an IP blacklist notification you would want to touch base with our Customer Security Assurance (CSA), they are a specialized team at Comcast focused on online security, protecting customers from phishing, spam, identity theft, and network abuse. They handle issues related to account security. The direct contact information would be 8:00am - 12:00am EST, 7 days a week, with a number of 1-888-565-4329.
