Email Option Not Showing Up All Day So Far

I have xfinity set as my home page.  So every time I open my browser, it goes to the main page with a drop down where you can check email, voice messages, etc.  The email option hasn't appeared all day so far.  I tried logging out and back in, then I tried clearing the cache for this website, neither fixed the issue.
