Hi there, @user_7mppi6 I hope you're having a fantastic weekend. To change your comcast.net password, visit xfinity.com/password or sign in to xfinity.com and go to Account and IdentityXfinity ID and Security. You will need to verify your identity via app notification, text, or email.-Richard

Hello @user_jkh42t, thank you for your comment.  Sorry to hear you’re having trouble accessing your email on your phone. To better understand what’s happening, could you let me know: Are you trying to access your email through a third‑party email app (like Apple Mail, or Outlook)

or are you using a web browser on your phone? Do you see an error message after entering your password? If so, what does it say?
