Email saying that Xfinity received my cancellation request, but I never submitted one
Today I received an email that I submitted a cancellation request and that my last day of service is today, even though I never submitted a request to cancel my service. I am extremely frustrated because I tried to talk to a live agent, but the bot agent was not routing me and I did not help me at all.
Is this a scam email or is has Xfinity mistakenly cancelled my service? I would like to talk to a live agent, not a bot please.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_p54s11. If you did not set up any order on the account, there can be a couple of reasons you would get that notification. If a different customer set up service at the wrong address online it can cause that disconnect order, as we cannot have 2 active accounts at the same address. If you still need us to look at your account we can always do that from here.
