Email Search Function is DOWN!!!!!

The search function in the xfinity email app is not working again. It stopped working a few weeks ago and is till down. Will this be corrected soon?

Yes, all devices and browsers.  I have been deleting thousands of emails, but it is still not working. Also, how can I control which email comcast addresses come to my inbox? They all seem to come to my inbox.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it

The Xfinity email system is resource-starved. Searches on large inboxes just time out and fail. I had to delete half of my emails to get it working.

I am having the same issue, where the search function is not working properly on all devices. Only very new and very old emails are displaying - all in the middle do not appear in my search results.
