email search is not working

Help! I use comcast exclusively for work emails, and I cannot find past emails when I search sender name. My work cannot be done without this, as I have constant communication with clients. I have seen this in your forum, but I don't see solutions. I have spoken to 2 technicians, and have not heard back from either. Can someone fix this?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

@cmurphyiv  My email search function is trash. Has not worked in quite sometime. Come on folks at Comcast get your act together.
