Email sent to me keeps bouncing back to sender
One specific senders emails keeps bouncing back to them.
Previously, I received emails with no issues - now, nothing will come through.
They are also NOT appearing in my spam folder.
I asked them, and they said all messages are "bouncing".
I went into settings and changed it so all emails will come through.
I've added them to my address book.
How can I remedy this?
