Email shows 100% full. I have cleared out nearly half my emails and still shows over 100% I NEED to be able to receive emails immediately!
I am not receiving emails and could not reply to the last one I did receive. Indicates my emails are 100% full? I deleted everything I could and am down to a little over half but still get same notice. This happened yesterday and I am still not receiving or able to reply. What do I need to do????

Are you doing this in webmail or using a third party app like Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, etc? Have you emptied the trash? All of your folders also count toward the 10 GB limit, so make sure you're also deleting from there as well as your Sent folder.

@Again is on the right track with this one. Have you made sure everything was completely deleted from the server, and not just moved to trash or a different folder? That can have a huge impact on your total storage limit. If you just went through and cleared things out, it can take up tp 24 hours for the alert to reset. Please let me know if you are still experiencing issues.
