My husband and I had a Comcast account for many years.  He passed in January 2022.  I went into Comcast store and they had to close his account and give me an account.  However, I was able to keep our email address ([Edited: "Personal Information"]).  I have used this address with no issues up until a week ago.  I have been trying ever since to be able to log back into this email.  I have talked to many folks in Support, been to the store, etc.....filled out the form on the Bereavement page and submitted a Death Certificate in order to get this email transferred to my account.  No success.  Is there anybody out there that can help me?????

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
