email support

Like hundreds of others the Xfinity email stopped working on my iphone. Continues to say enter password and at times even says the IP is blacklisted. For over 30 years I have been a Comcast customer but that might change. At least with other providers you can get a live customer support person. Also on the computer I have been getting over 300 spam emails per week that I never received until about a month ago. I have 2 different spam filters installed.

I’m sorry to hear you're having issues with accessing your emails and reaching someone over the phone. @user_cf86c6 We value your business and continued loyalty with us. Thirty years is a lot of time, and we are truly appreciative for your tenure.

I would like to see if we can resolve this for you.

Were you able to enter a new password?

Are you able to access your emails if you bypass using the mail app on your iPhone?

Are you able to access this link (https://www.xfinity.com/email)  to check your email?

In regard to your spam messages. I can understand how concerning this is alot of emails to receive. Are those messages from the same sender or different ones?

I just entered a new password and nothing changed. Yes I can get the email from your app but I spend most of my time at a computer not holding a phone. As far as the spam goes there might be four to five with the same subject but from different senders. There can be as many as 10 different subjects per day. Below is what I have received so far today.

user_cf86c6 thank you for following up, and sorry to hear you're having issues with that link as well. If you would like, I can look to access the link from my end and help get any blacklisted entries submitted.
