Email support

Recently most days I get my email then some days when trying to get email it say error pw doesn’t match user name

also, got an email that said to click to link to update and agree to new terms or I won’t have access to my email after may 30  ?  I want to confirm if that is spam or really from customer support

Hello user_asz2br how are you accessing your Xfinity email? Are you logging in directly at xfinity.com, or are you using a third-party program such as Outlook, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird?

That is a phishing email.  If you don't see the verified logo when you sign in to webmail, then you know that it's spam.
