email verification

The email I was using for email verification is no longer valid. It was a company email -- I am now retired.

I do not have another email address that is not also a comcast email.

How do a get around the email verification step? Please don't suggest I use a neighbor's email.

Hey @user_km2415. For 2 step verification for account access, you could use a cell phone instead which would send the code via text message. Would that work for you?

yes, that is preferred, but your site seems to still want a separate email address to get that set up.

am I missing something?

so i tried to reply, but it still wants to send security code to the invalid email.

tried to change it to comcast address, but i get nothing.

so, still not working

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
