Greetings, @user_a2fa31! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your email, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

Depending on how long it has been since you checked your email, it's possible the email account may have been deactivated. You can find more details about this here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-activity.

If you don’t log in to your Xfinity Email account(s) at least once every 12 months, it can be designated as inactive, and deleted along with all the contents - including emails, draft emails, and address book entries. You can reactivate your deleted Xfinity Email account by logging in to the Xfinity Email website (https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite), however, any previously deleted contents are not recoverable.

I've tried that and it says it's loading my email, but then times out.

Thank you for clarifying. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.

I am having the same issue with the browser, It takes a very long time to reply to an email because the dialog has an unreasonably long load time.

Hi there, @Supruser! Thanks for letting us know the emails take a long time to load. We are happy to look further into this! Are you accessing the email box directly through our website or through a 3rd party email like Outlook or your phone's email program?
